At CENG, we are dedicated to custom fiberglass pultrusions, and offer the right product at the right time for the right price.

Our newly added, state-of-the-art equipment allows pultrusions of fiberglass composite material, with fiber types including E-glass and mat, carbon, and Kevlar.

The polymers we work with include standard, polyester, vinylester, epoxy, phenolic, and polyurethane.

Our pultrusions provide many benefits. They are lightweight and high strength, have superior dimensional stability, electrical and thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, and electromagnetic transparency, with consistent color throughout.

We specialize in items less than 2″ square, but can offer custom fiberglass pultrusions up to 15″ wide and up to 6″ high, with tightness tolerances .005″. Our services can be performed in almost any profile, from solid to conductor rods, from tubes to oval solids, channels to tees, and any other custom profile imaginable.

We produce prototypes to large scale production runs. In addition to our specialization in fiberglass reinforced pultrusions, we offer quality drilling, grinding, sand blasting, and chamfering services.

West Coast Optilinks FRP is specially designed for use in all dielectric cable applications that require superior dimensional stability.

The long, splice-free lengths enhance productivity in cabling operations. Also used in other tele-communications applications, the West Coast Optilinks FRP is typically located in the center of the cable with loose tubes or tight buffered fibers stranded around them.

FRP Cable Trays

An FRP Cable Tray System is a unit or assembly of units or sections and associated fittings forming a rigid structural system used to securely fasten or support cables and raceways.

Manufactured by a continuous extrusion moulding process with a glass 60-65%, these FRP Cable Trays are a safe, dependable, life long and a cost-effective solution to route and support cables.

Almost one third than Steel and one fourth than Aluminium in weight, FRP Cable Trays provide flexibility in modifying and changing electrical circuits and these trays can easily combine with other wiring methods.

Pultruded FRP Cable Trays – These are solid bottom / perforated trays used for light loads like instrumentation and control cables & for transition from cable trays to individual control points. Available in widths of 25mm to 300mm

Ladder FRP Cable Trays – Used for heavy-duty cables, these trays have solid side rails joined by rectangular or I shaped rungs at uniform spacing. Available in widths from 150mm to 1500mm.
